Wizard101 will fix a bug at their earliest convenience.

A Horse of a Different Color!

Thank you for all your reports, young Wizards. We're aware now of an issue where Moonlight, Sunshine and Starshine ponies have lost their spots, but the Black Stallion appears to have gained those spots!

We'll track down the case of the swapping spots and fix this cosmetic issue at our earliest convenience. Thanks for understanding!
I know this post is late, but I've been very busy. Anyway...
On their Facebook page, Wizard101 posted the message that you see above. They'll fix it at their "earliest convenience." Wait... what? Hundreds of people pay them monthly... not at their "earliest convenience..." but they can't fix a simple bug?
It's good that they acknowledge it, I like game developers who do that... but either they're lazy or they phrased it badly. It shouldn't be at their "earliest convenience," they should get right to it! Even if it is a minor bug, they shouldn't wait until they feel like fixing it. They should do it as soon as possible, especially after publicly acknowledging it!
What do you think about this? How quick should game developers be at fixing bugs?
